Commercial interiors
Presenting Crownshield's experience in occupied commercial environments and carefully planned refurbishment work.

Crownshield Interiors case study
A new bespoke website for an established commercial interiors and shopfitting business in Berkshire, designed to reflect how the company has grown and make every enquiry easier to capture.
Website demo
The new website is still being built and reviewed. Explore the current demo to see how Crownshield's services, projects, credentials and customer testimonials are being brought together.

Crownshield Interiors Ltd has delivered commercial interiors, shopfitting and refurbishment work since 1989. As the business developed, its services, project portfolio and customer testimonials grew, but its existing website did not develop with them.
The website no longer represented the full business or gave prospective customers a reliable route to make contact. Crownshield needed an online presence that could communicate the breadth of its work and support the next stage of the company's growth.
The challenge
Crownshield came to Webployee because the Contact Us journey on its existing website was not working reliably. Enquiries were not reaching the business as lead notifications, creating a risk that potential opportunities could be missed.
Updating the existing website had also become commercially impractical. The previous website provider quoted a level of cost that Crownshield did not consider reasonable for keeping its services, projects and testimonials current.
The new website
We are building a bespoke website that gives each part of Crownshield's commercial interiors and shopfitting offer the space it needs. Visitors will be able to understand the company's capabilities, explore relevant work and move towards an enquiry with greater confidence.

Giving retail and commercial fit out services a dedicated place within the new website journey.
Making specialist partitioning and suspended ceiling capabilities easier for prospective customers to discover.
Showcasing bespoke reception desks, counters, seating, storage and cabinetry as part of the wider service offer.
Explaining the range of commercial floor finishes, preparation and professional tiling available.
Providing clear information about internal decoration and specialist finishes for commercial spaces.
Proof and experience
An established company builds up valuable evidence over time. Crownshield now has more completed work, customer feedback and recognised clients than its previous website was able to present effectively.
The new website creates room for that evidence to support the customer journey. Project imagery can show the quality and range of the work, while genuine testimonials help prospective customers understand the experience of working with Crownshield. The aim is to make the company's established reputation visible online, without inventing claims or relying on unsupported statistics.
Enquiry handling
The new enquiry journey is being designed as a working business process, not simply a Contact Us button. Visitors will have clear opportunities to make contact, and submitted enquiries will be connected to lead notifications so Crownshield can see and respond to new opportunities.
This directly addresses one of the most important limitations of the existing website. Before launch, the forms, contact links and notification journey will be tested so Crownshield can review how an enquiry moves from the website into the business.
Organic visibility
The new website gives Crownshield a stronger foundation for relevant organic search visibility. Dedicated content can explain commercial interiors, commercial shopfitting and individual services in enough detail to be useful to both prospective customers and search engines.
The site is being structured around Crownshield's real services and location, including its work as shopfitters in Berkshire and its wider commercial fit out capability across the UK. This creates a more sustainable platform for future service pages, projects, testimonials and useful content as the business continues to grow.
Project status
The new Crownshield Interiors website is currently being built and reviewed. The available preview shows the direction of the new experience, but it should not yet be treated as the final published website.
Before launch, we will complete the remaining content, check the responsive experience and verify the enquiry form, contact links and lead notification journey. The website will only be ready to go live once those business critical routes have been confirmed.
