The websites we build

Ecommerce, bookings and Stripe payments

Some businesses need a site that explains the work and collects an enquiry. Others need a shop, a way to book, or a way for the customer to pay. Webployee builds the site around that job, and puts an AI employee on it that can explain what you offer and point people to the right page.

Four kinds of website

Pick the job the site has to do.

Most Webployee sites are one of these, or a mix. A salon can sell products and take bookings. A venue can explain the space and take a payment. We agree the mix before anything is built.

Service websites

For trades, professional services, hospitality, beauty, leisure and similar businesses. The site explains what you do, answers the questions people ask before they get in touch, and captures a useful enquiry.

Ecommerce websites

For businesses that sell products. Visitors browse what you stock, see the price, and check out on the site. The order lands in your private workspace so you can fulfil it.

Booking websites

For appointments, tables, treatments, classes and other timed services. The visitor chooses a service and requests a time. Appointment booking is included with the Advanced plan.

Stripe payments

When a customer should pay on the site, checkout uses Stripe. They pay by card on your website. The AI employee does not take the payment. Payment integrations are part of the Pro plan.

What the customer does

A short path from question to order or booking.

01

They find the thing they want

A product, a service, a time, or a straight answer. The page says what it is, what it costs, and what happens next.

02

The AI employee helps them choose

It answers from the information you approve, in voice or text, and sends them to the product, the booking, or the checkout. It does not place the order or confirm the booking for them.

03

They book, or they pay

A booking is made through the booking flow on the site. A purchase is paid by card through Stripe. Either way, the customer completes it themselves.

04

You see it in your workspace

The order or booking is there with the customer's details, so you can fulfil it or follow up without digging through an inbox.

Payments

Stripe handles the card payment.

If the site takes money, the customer pays on a Stripe checkout. You are not asking them to send bank details in a form, and the conversation does not collect a card number.

A site can also stay enquiry-only. Some businesses want the website to qualify the lead and let the team take payment later. We set that up when a card payment on the site is not the right step.

Common questions

The limits are part of the design.

Can one website do more than one of these?

Yes. A shop can also take bookings. A service site can add a small product range later. Tell us which jobs matter on day one, and which can wait.

Does the AI employee take the payment?

No. It can explain a product and send the visitor to checkout. The customer pays on the site through Stripe.

Can it confirm a booking on its own?

No. It can help someone choose a service and start a booking. The booking is only confirmed through the booking flow on the website.

Which plan includes booking and payments?

Appointment booking is included with Advanced. Payment integrations are part of Pro. The details are on the pricing page, and we confirm the fit before you start.

Built around the sale or the booking

Tell us what the website needs to finish.

An enquiry, a booking, a paid order, or a mix. We will say which kind of site fits, and which plan covers it.
